Hello, I’m Mrs Goose (AKA Mandi Wilson) and I have a passion for creating fabulous events, with food at their heart.  Alongside my wonderful sister – Tessa – and our fun, hardworking, and of course talented team, we are ‘The Goose on the Loose’.

We are based on a farm in picturesque rural Shropshire, and we love to cater for events in the county, but our event catering business takes us across the UK, and sometimes beyond!

Our service includes planning and preparation, exquisite food and impeccable service – all coming together to make your event, a truly unique and awe-inspiring occasion.  We can also work with our team of fabulous partners to ‘dress to impress’ your venue.

Tessa and I have worked together for many years to create a company founded on our passion for food and entertaining.
